- Does

Critics. Edited by David Blankenhorn, Don S. Browning,
and Mary Stewart Van Leeuwen. Wm. B. Eerdmans, 2004.
- Some future volumes in the series will come from work related to the
Center for
the Interdisciplinary Study of Religion (CISR) Project on "Sex,
Marriage, and Family in the Religions of the Book." (John Witte,
Jr., director CISR, at the School of Law, Emory University, will become
co-editor with Don Browning of the Eerdmans series.)
Forthcoming in 2005 (books jointly sponsored by the RCF Project and CISR):

Columbia University Press will publish our reader (tentatively)
title Sex, Marriage, and Family in the World Religions. It
will contain the basic texts on thse subjects in Judaism, Christianity,
Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Confucianism with introductions by
the top scholars of those religions.
- A companion book to the reader titled American Religions and
the Family, edited by Don Browning and David Clairmont. This book
contains essays by leading specialists of the same six religions plus
native American religions on how their family traditions have coped
with American-style modernization.
Also forthcoming soon:
- Elizabeth Marquardt's The Moral and Spiritual Lives of Children
of Divorce. This book should be out before 2005. Hundreds of you
ordered copies of her earlier papers on the same subject. Watch this
